the reception team made check-in seamless the billing process was smooth i also liked the usage of vaijanti mala during check-in it felt very innovative. the facade upon entering is beautiful and unique to this hotel.

the room had all the essentials and a tasteful design. the mangrove bar had well trained staff. the breakfast buffet provided a lavish spread to cater to any taste.

the beds were very comfortable.

I had issues with the room service menu. It stated goan fish curry came with basmati rice, but i received brown rice instead. It wasn't a deal breaker, but i expected better attention to detail. the swimming pool was just okay, nothing special. i also thought the music choice at mangrove bar was off. It didn't match the ambience or food.

the modern facilities were beautiful.

I found the room layout odd. The bathroom has two separate cubicles for the toilet and shower. this meant i had to leave the bathroom while my partner used the toilet, disrupting my makeup. the shower door opened outwards. It was a safety hazard.
